Mary Ellen Mullins combines a Chi Gong inspired yoga routine for everybody. Taught for those who need or would prefer to exercise seated in or standing by a chair. We begin with breath work to relax the body and mind. Next we explore movement through all the small and large joints to release stagnation, ease arthritis, bursitis and inflammation. We continue with the 8 spinal movements to increase flexibility and energy. This class also incorporates gentle balance exercises from the safety of the chair. What are you waiting for?
